Our story

## Who we are and who we help
Landmark Roofing Solutions is owned by Robbie Giles, who leads a four-person family team. Contact Robbie with your town or postcode to confirm availability at your property. Call us about a new roof or a repair, including an urgent leak at night.

Roofing runs in the family. Pictured together are Robbie and his grandad, who has been roofing for over 50 years.

Our work covers new pitched roofs, complete re-roofs, slate and tiled roofing, flat roofing, roof repairs and fascias, soffits and guttering. On flat roofs, our specialism is 3-layer felt roofing (the system Robbie prefers). We also install EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass roofs.

What customers tell us they value most is the outcome: problems found and explained clearly, options talked through honestly, dates kept, daily updates, and a clean site when the job is finished.

Mission & standards

## How we work on every roof

### Honest advice
We tell you what the roof actually needs. Sometimes that is a targeted repair; sometimes a full replacement makes more sense. Either way, you get the reasons explained in plain terms and can discuss the next steps for your property.

### Professional workmanship
The layers beneath the roof covering matter too. We consider the battens, underlay, flashings and drainage as part of the job.

### Backed by warranties
25 years on new slate and tiled roofs, 10 years on flat roof installations and five years on qualifying repairs, with full public and employers’ liability insurance in place.
